Delivery Options

When you buy a 40 foot HC shipping container from us, our standard timeline on delivery for the most customers is 7-10 business days in the greater Tampa area after we receive your payment. Delivery timelines can vary due to weather, availability, and a few other factors. Our logistics and delivery team will contact you to set-up specific details about how and when you can receive your container.

You will get to choose one of these delivery options:

Roll Off Delivery - The container will arrive on a trailer that will tilt back and place the edge of the container on the ground. The trailer will pull away and let the container slide, or roll off onto the ground. You will need about 2.5x the length of the container for the trailer to complete this process. For example, a 20' container will need at least 50 feet of straight space to deliver and unload.

Customer Assist Delivery - This method requires the customer to have an anchor point on the delivery site. A chain can be attached to the container to provide some lift, and then the chain will be attached to the anchor point. The trailer will then pull away and the container will either float or slide onto the ground depending on your anchor system and process.

Uses For a 20' Container

Residential Use

Are you trying to find a budget-friendly garden shed or additional space for your vehicles and bikes? Consider a shipping container. With the rise in availability of used shipping containers, more homeowners are choosing these durable units for their storage needs.

Shipping containers offer several benefits. They are often more affordable than building a garage extension and provide more space than most garden sheds. Despite no longer being fit for transport, these cargo containers remain highly resistant to weather, ensuring your belongings stay protected from the elements. Plus, purchasing a Tampa shipping container usually involves less hassle than getting permission for home additions, making them a convenient and quick storage solution.

Commercial Use

The business world is increasingly leveraging the flexibility of shipping containers. Beyond the trend of container offices, shipping containers serve as excellent storage solutions for businesses. They present a cost-effective alternative to renting or constructing traditional storage facilities like warehouses. As businesses grow, they can seamlessly expand their storage capacity by adding more containers.

Plus, shipping containers can be repurposed into various commercial spaces, such as offices, food trucks, and event venues. Their adaptability and affordability make them a smart choice for a wide range of commercial applications.

Agricultural Use

Thanks to their wind and watertight construction, shipping containers are ideal for agricultural purposes, particularly for growing food. They are becoming a preferred option for hydroponic farming, especially in areas with challenging climates for traditional agriculture.

This method is beneficial for commercial food production, such as for restaurant owners in urban areas where green spaces are scarce. It also offers new opportunities for community gardening, providing a protected environment where plants can thrive regardless of adverse weather conditions. Shipping containers thus provide a sustainable and innovative solution for modern farming needs.
